How long is the first meeting and what does it cost?
One hour by video call, free and with no strings attached. You leave knowing which report I'd automate first and what's needed before a price can be fixed. If I don't think you need me, I'll say so.
Why does the form ask for these details?
It's only five fields — just enough for me to write back with context: who you are, your company and which report is costing you time. Everything else (headcount, tools, timelines...) we cover by email or in the meeting itself, no need to fill it in here.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 to 48 working hours. I reply myself, not a sales team.
Do I need to know already what I want to automate?
No. It's enough to know which report eats the most time each month. I'll sort out the rest in the meeting.
Do I need to have a data team?
No. DataMaxGen is designed precisely for companies of 50 to 200 employees that don't have one. If you already have in-house analysts, you probably don't need me.
