Reporting process audit
A full review of how all your reports are produced today: what's working, what isn't, where work is duplicated and what I'd recommend improving.
It's the same kind of in-depth analysis I do before automating a report, when the scope can't be pinned down just by talking — but applied to all your reporting, not just one report.
I review how each report is built, how many people and hours are behind it, where work is duplicated between departments, and where there's a real risk of a figure being wrong without anyone noticing. At the end you get a full map of your current reporting, with a prioritized recommendation of what to automate first and why.
It's the most common starting point when there are many reports running and nobody has a full picture of all of them at once. If what you need is to pin down the scope of a single report, that's already part of the pricing process itself, with nothing extra to hire.
Tell me how many reports you manage todayWhat you walk away with
- A full inventory of the reports that exist today, and who maintains them
- An estimate of the hours spent building and updating them by hand
- Points where the same work is duplicated across departments
- Concrete risks of error in the current figures
- A prioritized plan of what to automate first, with a fixed price for each report
Why you won't find a price list here
This audit is paid — it's a piece of work in itself — but if you then hire the build for any of the reports, it's deducted in full.
