Maintenance
Your business changes, and so does your data. I periodically check that your reports are still correct, adjust them when your tools or processes change, and I'm there when something doesn't add up.
An automated report doesn't break on day one. It breaks six months later, when a field changes in the ERP, a new product gets added, or someone reorganizes a spreadsheet everything depended on.
With maintenance, I periodically check that the figures still add up, adjust the report when your tools or processes change, and I'm available if something stops working between check-ins.
It's a separate service with no lock-in: you keep it as long as it's adding value, and you can stop whenever you want.

Why you won't find a price list here
The fee depends on how many reports the maintenance covers and how complex they are. I put it in writing, like everything else.
